1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Crayonn, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and License, which are part of this agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Crayonn is

Crayonn is a library of ready-made website sections, landing page templates, and animated backgrounds. Every item comes with a copy-paste build-spec prompt; paid plans add the real, finished source code. What you're allowed to do with what you get is set out in full in our License — read that alongside these terms.

3. Accounts

You need an account to unlock a paid plan. Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us an email address you actually check; that's how we reach you about your subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Unlimited and All-access are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't store your card or bank details ourselves — Razorpay handles payment directly.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-download the library outside normal use, don't share your account or plan access with people who haven't paid for it, and don't resell a copied prompt or downloaded source file as if it were your own template product — see the License for exactly where that line sits. We can suspend or close an account that's clearly abusing the service.

6. Intellectual property

The sections, templates, and backgrounds in the library — their design, motion, and the prompts that describe them — are Crayonn's work. Subscribing licenses you to use them under the terms in our License; it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying designs to you.

7. No warranty

Crayonn is provided as-is. We work to keep prompts accurate and source code working, but we don't guarantee the output of any AI tool you paste a prompt into, or that every item is bug-free for every use case. Test what you build before you ship it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, Crayonn isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is significant, we'll do our best to let subscribers know by email. Continuing to use Crayonn after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
