Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026. What we collect, why, and who it's shared with — no more than that.

What we collect

An email address and password (or Google sign-in) when you create an account. Name, email, and whatever you write when you submit the contact form. Your email if you join the newsletter. Basic billing details Razorpay passes back to confirm a subscription — never your card or bank details directly, Razorpay handles those.

What we don't collect

We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on Crayonn. If that changes, this policy will say so.

How we use it

To run your account and subscription, to reply when you contact us, to send the newsletter only to people who opted into it, and to tell you about something that affects your account or billing. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make Crayonn work: Supabase (hosting, accounts, and the database), Razorpay (payment processing), and Resend (sending account and contact-form emails). Each handles the specific data their part of the service needs — we don't hand your data to anyone beyond that.

Cookies and local storage

Crayonn uses essential cookies to keep you signed in — nothing beyond what's needed to run your session.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for support and legal reasons. Ask us to delete your data and we will, other than what we're required to keep (like billing records).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime. Reach out via crayonnstudio@gmail.com or the contact page.

Children

Crayonn isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and we'll date the update at the top.
