Fitness is a universal struggle—but not for lack of tools. Today’s world is flooded with workout apps, step trackers, and calorie counters. Yet, most people still:
Start strong and drop off within weeks
Feel workouts are boring, generic, and disconnected from real life
Lack accountability and lose motivation quickly
Don’t see any tangible value in staying consistent
Get overwhelmed by too many “plans” and “metrics”
Don’t trust tracking systems or believe their effort is fairly recognized
Swedit was built to change this narrative. And I partnered with them to design a rewarding fitness ecosystem—from scratch.
Our Mission
To help people stay consistent with everyday movement by making fitness fun, rewarding, and community-driven.
No overwhelming dashboards. No guilt-driven nudges. Just small wins, squad challenges, and real-life rewards.
Key Features & Innovations: What We Built
1. Move → Earn → Redeem Loop
Users earn credits for activities like walking, running, cycling, and workouts. These credits can be redeemed for real rewards from Swedit’s brand partners—fueling motivation beyond metrics.
2.Squads & Accountability Challenges
Users can form squads with friends or join public challenges. This unlocked a powerful social layer—peer accountability, shared goals, and competitive fun.
3.Personalized Fitness Journeys
Users set their goal type (weight loss, build endurance, active lifestyle) during onboarding. The app then tailors nudges, reward types, and milestones accordingly.
4.In-App Campaign Engine
Designed a scalable campaign framework for limited-time events—like “15-Day Consistency Streak” or “Walk & Win Sundays.” Easy for marketing to activate and users to participate.
5.Real-Time Activity Tracking
Users get visual confirmations and animations showing real-time credit earnings per activity—building trust and clarity.
